1. Any deposit held will be refunded within 21 days, less any arrears
and repair charges
2. I acknowledge that
one month's calendar notice is required.
3. You will
be liable for rent until the last day of your calendar month's notice,
regardless if you vacate the premises prior to that date
4. I am
aware that if I choose to cancel my notice during the 30-day calendar
period, that the approval of my cancellation depends on the availability
of my current unit.
5. As per your lease agreement your unit needs
to be in the same condition as you received it on the occupation
date
6. Should you not arrive for the exit inspection, you forfeit
the right to dispute the outgoing inspection which will proceed in your
absence
7. The plumbing and cleaning charges are fixed costs as per
your lease agreement
8. All keys need to be returned on the date of
inspection in order to avoid additional charges
9. You must settle
your account in full before vacating to avoid a poor credit record and
or legal action
10. Please ensure the unit is completely vacant
before we do the exit inspection is conducted.
NB The approval of
withdrawal of notice will depend on your unit still available and your
account must be up-to-date (paid in full).
Please Note: Should you not vacate timeously as per your vacate date, a penalty fee of R1000 per day will be charged.
